Cookies Policy

Last updated: [add date on publish]

Draft — have this reviewed before launch. This page was written to match AVSPRO's actual features so you have a real starting point instead of a placeholder, but it is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have counsel in your jurisdiction review it — especially the payments, data, and content-license sections — before relying on it with real users or payments.

1. What we use

AVSPRO uses cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We use:

  • Essential/authentication cookies — set by our authentication provider to keep you logged in and to secure your session. The Service doesn't function without these.
  • Preference storage — e.g. your chosen theme (light/dark) and language, stored locally so they persist between visits.
  • Device fingerprinting — used at signup to enforce a per-device account limit and reduce abuse of free trial credits. This isn't a third-party ad-tracking script; it's used only for account-limit enforcement.

2. What we don't currently use

AVSPRO does not currently run third-party advertising or cross-site ad-tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required by law, we'll ask for your consent first.

3. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies will likely break the ability to stay signed in to AVSPRO.

4. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
